Hospital, rain, seaside and missing mojo...

Well I dont know what all the worry was about..hospital went absolutely fine, he was only out for 20mins and was in & out of hospital within 4hours!

We had planned for a trip to the seaside last week, but the weather didnt played ball and we've been a bit housebound.  We also didnt want to make plans with H going into hospital  (yes I know, I know).

Mornings are chilly & overcast, sunnier most lunches clouding over in the afternoon with rain around dinner time; its not really weather to inspire you.  My mojo has gone into hiding and Im finding it hard to motivate myself to get out of the house.  The chilluns are happy with that, they find thir own fun with friends playing outside.  Fonzy is allowed out for short bursts then they get bored of Fonzy sitting and its time for him to come back in.

I took RV to town to sort out school uniform etc and it was just RV, Fonzy & I.  It was pretty nice, RV & I dont get enough time alone or just doing 'our' stuff anymore.  It wont be long before he simply wont want to spend time with me and I need to focus on finding 'our' time.
So while the bigger ones are out at play, Fonzy I have spent time in the garden, which is looking very sorry for itself.  He spends ages in the sandpit with his cars, bikes and skateboards building sand ramps, hiding them, hiding his toes and just generally in his own little world.
We spend a lot of time playing track now as well, train track that is.  Turns out we both enjoy it, I get to build the tracks and link the wayward trains and Fonzy gets to choo choo them around the track.  The track can take on many twists & turns, under bridges over books and around chairs.  Cars can also whizz around the track and we've also had the odd stray animal gallop along!

We're hoping against hope that we'll make it to the seaside before the end of the holidays...weather watch still continues

Thanks for popping by...I love to hear from you and really appreciate you taking the time.
I am sorry about having to ask you to prove you're not a robot but for some reason I am having a LOT of spam nowadays {and we're not talking fritters!}
