Plotting against me...

There are days when it seems 'things' are just plotting against us!!

I think I have champagne taste but a lemonade budget

Since 'finding' my dream chicken home we have had to pay for...
road tax, 2 new tyres, a new car battery, a horrendous overspend on Abbas mobile phone bill and a school trip abroad for Lolly!!
All within 30 days of Christmas

and now the car has died.  
So as lucky as we are I do still some days feel that things are just plotting against me 

Money for us is the same as for most people it is not an unlimited source and for every expense a saving has to be made (can you see where this is going?)

I'm hoping that I can save enough pennies by trimming my ambitions for the garden will allow for the chickens to be with us shortly after my birthday

Fingers Crossed the car is a simple job

    I had a horrible car year last year :( I feel your pain! I hope it all gets sorted soon and that you get your chook pen!!

    Having just had a huge run of car bills and the insurance and various other disasters to pay for I am so with you ..... when I find the money tree I will plant one for you! x
