Weather watch...

Weather man says 'rain on Thursday', this mama rolls her eyes, then thinks 'Summer Camp!'

Can we be so lucky? 

Can the hopefully only wet day of this week really fall on the day they get to play at Camp?

We'll see.

!!**In other news we've booked a trip to the seaside**!!

I don't care if the weather is naff (I do really but I'm trying to keep positive whatever happens) lots of hopes to spend long days on the beach.  A ride on a steam train, a visit to some lovely castle ruins and a bit more time on the beach.  Sandcastles, paddling, digging holes in the sand, collecting sea weed, shells, pebbles...whatever we think is pretty or quirky.

Apologies for the lack of photo's again...RV mentioned that he didnt want his photo on the blog.  I'll give it a couple of days and see how he feels then.  

We've also been 'not busy'...just the general lounging around the house/garden. 

 Lots of scootering up/down and all around, 

the sandpit is now empty {they managed to do this is a very short time}, 

Fonzy emptied out a LOT of boxes, 

there was at some stage a bit of a water play occurring in the bathroom {I didn't see it happen and no-one was prepared to admit it but I know it happened as I cleared the water off the floor!}

friends popped by to play

Nanny Ann popped up for a cuppa

laundry was tackled, towels hung in the warm breeze to dry, many piles of clothing folded/sorted and put away

the floors were vaccumed, mirrors cleaned, car windows cleaned, 

we watched a DVD - Matilda

None of it new (well emptying the sandpit is new to Fonzy) and none of it was the least bit photoworthy!
