In no particular order...
Loopy had a play date with an old nursery friend and wanted to make some cakes to take for pudding. She did the mixing, helped with the spooning of the batter into the cases and more importantly did a fine job of cleaning the bowl
Fonzy has mastered the art of threading! Loopy is still to be convinced that any colour other than pink is the most wanted!
Loopy has been busy being mama to her brood, I'd love to have a couple of Waldorf dolls but she is happy with what she has at the present and the move to a more simplistic style of living & learning/parenting is to be taken with small steps, one at a time
Whether they are plastic or not they are loved and well cared for. Loopy takes great pride in her mothering, encouraging Fonzy to help out and look after his baby (who by the way is named Arthur!)
She is constantly at odds with the other little girls in the neighbourhood; they don't understand that 'tits' is an offensive name for breasts? Maybe it isn't? It is to me and that's what counts to us. Boobs or Boobies in this happy home.
They don't understand that she sees breastfeeding (boobie milk) as the only form of feeding a baby. Carrying her babies in slings is a whole other story...we have prams but the slings still come out to play!
RV decided that one of his toys ( a mini skate ramp) needed a home to stop it from becoming broken when moved or to also protect it from the Fonzy whilst he was at school.
Using his imagination he found an old box and cut it to size. Yes that is a rather large and sharp bread knife but it was used under supervision and he was very careful.
The end result works perfectly well and will service the toy till it goes back out of fashion again and back into storage for another few years (the ones he has are hand me downs from H with a few bought from the boot sales)
Fonzy was keen to help out his big bro and found his scissors to give RV a helping hand
Fonzy is also enjoying our own little home corner! It's lovely to watch him get excited by the ironing board & iron. He takes good care of the dollys clothes and also lets Loopy get her ironing done. If only I could muster the same enthusiasm for my own ironing pile!
The scissors weren't used on the blanket but it was a close call!
Once you start cutting things a bit differently all things become possible...

I am sorry about having to ask you to prove you're not a robot but for some reason I am having a LOT of spam nowadays {and we're not talking fritters!}
