A rare photo...

Finally a photo of my eldest Abba, gorgeous and unique I am proud to have such amazing children

Abba has been struggling with her diabetes of recent times, not that she'd let you know.  For a few years it has been something she has desperately wanted out of her life, accepting its there, managing it but never really embracing it as a part of her daily life forever more.

With thoughts turning to what Uni she might choose, and life beyond that she has a new acceptance of it.  She has been sad in this acceptance, I think genuinely mourning the life without it her friends live.  But more so she has accepted that it is there, will always be there and she has decided that she wants to be in charge of it not the other way around.

Unique in her tastes & appearance, loyal to all her family & loved ones, a wonderful  and supportive to those who are her friends, fearless in the defence of all of us.  Whatever life throws her way she manages it her way.

Always my daughter and Im very lucky to say always my friend.
