we seem to be doing something!
There are plenty of days when I feel a bit guilty because we're not 'doing anything'. But I thought about it and just because we arent out doing stuff they are still doing something. Be it building camps or ramps they are constantly busy.
Thats not to say we dont try to get out and do things too. Another trip to Marlow, Fonzy loves this little play house...
RV took his bike and plucked up the courage to spend time at the skate park there. He was doing some pretty cool drop ins and a bit of dirt jumping too.
Loopy was scaling new heights, discovering that she is now big enough to do things that she couldnt do last year.

We've been busy baking, with so many hungry faces popping by the quick sugar fix a home-made cake gives you just can't be beaten. Chocolate cake & Banana loaf are still firm favourites.
I've picked up a lovely baking book at the Car Booty this week 'Warm Bread & Honey Cake' (yet another bargain find £1.50). I hope to be putting a few of the delicious recipes to the test over the next couple of weeks.
I've been inspired by a new blog I've found 'Coco Rose Textiles'. A fellow lover of Lavender, who has a home that wouldnt look out of place in Country Living and Im living my shopping addiction through her blog. (its marevelous someone else buys and you get the thrill of the purchase!) Using a link from her blog Ive had a bash at jam making and after saying to myself too many times that I should really take pictures of the lavender and bees Ive finally managed to spend 10minutes taking a few. (more on those tomorow)
If you havent taken a nosey around her blog then stop loitering here and nip over its like being in a sweety shop - you wont know which post to go to next as they're all so darned tastey!
