Well nothing like public shame to give me the poke in the ribs to get me going. Im embaressed to say I cant actually remember when I started this little hat but it was a looong time ago now. I fell in love with the yarn in a little shop and had no idea what to do with it. Its perfect colours for #5 so it was to be hers.
I finished knitting it last night and showed her this morning. She was pleased to see it finished but wasn't able to wear it. Why you ask? Obviously I had forgotten to put a flower or love heart on it; so it was unwearable.
Whilst #5 was at nursery a little flower with a button centre was quickly added.
So too late for the snow, here it is...Lilly's stripey hat
